You can share these with your clients or use them as a guide to make your own videos . We also recommend the book, "Stretching" by Bob Anderson. Bob usually has several different stretches for each area of the body, and his book has quite a few pages with specific stretches for all kinds of activities, sports, and even for people who sit at a desk or watch a lot of T.V. You should be able to find Bob's book online.

We also have a list of chair yoga exercises. While these yoga poses should be "easy" for most of us, they are also movements we don't do every day. What does that mean?
