c) Muscle box - A description of several muscles/tendons that are important to us.

d) The Tool box - A list our therapy protocol - This is HOW we do our therapy!

4) Build Better You: Personal Development! In my mind this is the most important section. As my favorite Golf Pro Danny Crowley says: "Those who know how to learn - know enough".

a) Basic Home therapy subscription - if you don't have a table at home. Learn a number of our techniques you can do at home, without a massage table.

6) Secret sauce: The secret sauce page has a lot of ideas related to the engineering aspect of our therapy AND business building. Plus you can see videos of John actually working on a client!These are secrets that we have learned through the successes and mistakes we have made since 1989.
a) Client intake secrets. We'll answer the question: "What's the purpose of a massage?" and then teach you a client process that took us years to develop and refine.
b) Body Engineering. We will teach you about how to find and then solve problems related to tight muscles. (Since almost all of our clients come in with a specific problem, we have learned how to solve problems!)
c) Lessons we learned. This a host of lessons we've learned since 1989 - business, people, marketing, mistakes and more! We can save you lots of time as you strive for your own goals!
d) Business success. We also teach a list of activities that I used to create too much business! I got into sales several times as far back as 1978, and while I've learned I'm not good at sales, I am good at marketing. And, I'm good at learning. We observed that most of the business and personal development training is generic to any business and to becoming a better person.
e) Watch me actually working on a client! I'll share videos of actual therapy sessions complete with in-depth commentary.
