We will share several reasons why you want to maximize having a good client intake system. There's an old saying: "Everything affects everything else." That means it's all important. And, since everyone's different, it will help you to use several different communication methods. That way, you'll reach a larger audience.
We'll teach you sequence of client interview questions that help us understand the person's problems. If you know enough about a problem, it's easier to find the solution. While some therapists might be good at sales, many of us are not domineering people, so we need other ways to create success. Our system is based on years of trial and error, which led to lots of success.
Having a visual tool to help identify the problem area(s) provides a "different" view of the problem. Remember, we all have a preferred way we like to process information, so the more senses you can use during new client enrollment, the better chance you'll have of connecting with your new client.
Re-booking a client begins at the start of the session, not at the end. And, since I'm not good at sales, our client intake process is designed to increase your re-booking percentages. We'll teach you the re-booking process from start to finish.
